Directions
The Monroe Civic Center is located in downtown Monroe, easily accessible from I-20. Take Exit 117B (Louisville Avenue) and follow signs to the Civic Center. The venue is situated along the Ouachita River with convenient access to local hotels and restaurants.
From I-20 East: Take Exit 117B (Louisville Avenue), turn right onto Louisville Avenue, then left onto Lea Joyner Memorial Expressway.
